From time to time, we play music at special places that we encounter on our trip through Europe without money, and this is the second: The Thingstätte in Heidelberg on the Heiligenberg („holy mountain“). How we got there is featured in the next, upcoming blog post, so be sure to subscribe to this blog!
The giant theater was build in Nazi times, but the history of the mountain itself reaches much further into the past. Wikipedia has some info if you want to know more.
The song performed in the video is called „Once in a lifetime“ and written by German band Wolfsheim.
To make you be part of our journey from Rheinberg, Germany, to the southern brinks of Europe, we’re keeping track in our travel blog here on this very website, on Instagram and Youtube – we’re happy about followers, subscriptions, comments and recommendations!
You might also invite us over for a living room or garden concert! Please contact Manu at +49 176 24012269 (preferably whatsapp), use the contact form or DM us on Insta.
Thanks for being part of our trip! If you want to support us financially, donations can be made via https://paypal.me/renancengiz.
